We are located on a private road, so there is plenty of privacy and time for relaxation. This is private road assures no drive by traffic and not another cabin insight of Pine Paradise. MAIN CABIN: The main cabin sleeps 18 people comfortably in beds. There are 9 beds and 3 full baths, a large family/living room with several couches and a 60in HDTV with 300 watt Sound Bar System, and a private deck off the back of family room. The five bedrooms downstairs, including the master, all have flat screen TV's! The Kitchen is fully equipped for all cooking need. Seating is approximately 25 people. The cabin deck is a large covered 'L' Shaped Deck, with a porch swing and plenty of comfy patio furniture. CAFE: The Cafe is an indoor, large, and spacious full kitchen with (2) large 8 person island tables. The cafe includes a half bath, (2) Side by side double ovens with 4 top burner stoves, (2) side by side microwaves, (2) refrigerators, (2) large deep sinks (1 with garbage disposal), and (2) dishwashers! All cooking utensils, bowls, pans and pots are provided. This kitchen is equipped with everything you need and more! Truly a great place for cooking with or for large groups. It has seating/dining for 64 people! The deck comes around the back of the cabana, and outside kitchen connecting the buildings, and is lit up with rope lighting at night. There are also 4 picnic tables with umbrellas on this large deck. The building walls are all glass sliding doors, and can be opened if desired to get fresh air flowing throughout. If you prefer air condition, we have that too! Outside (attached to Cafe/Cabana) is a covered area, with fire pit, swings, HUGE bar/counter top area (plenty of seating) with a great view of the beautiful property. FIRE PITS: one under the outdoor cabana (as listed above), and one outside (behind outdoor cabana) with seating for 20 people. This fire pit has a great set up, a favorite hang out for lots of guests! Great place to make s'mores and gives a great central view of property (located behind cabana/outdoor bar, in front of horseshoe pits and corn hole boards) PARTY BARN: The party Barn is 2000 sq ft of fun. A Commercial sound system with digital effects processor, 10 channel mixer, amplifier and 9 band graphic equalizer. 65 inch TV, dish satellite service with American's Top 200 and Multi Sports packages. A lighted dance floor with disco ball, vortex lighting, and karaoke-all included with our Party Package. Pool table, foosball table, & shuffleboard. The house features two large decks one with a deck level hot tub and the other is a covered outdoor kitchen with running water during warm months. There is a washer and dryer available. Mammoth Cave is approximately 20 minute drive. Moutardier Marina has pontoon and jet ski rentals. The closest boat ramp is in the neighborhood within a five minute drive. Blue Holler Off-road Park is 10 minute drive. Shady Hollow Golf course 8 miles away! Come and enjoy life at the lake! Please be advised! Nolin Lake is owned by the US Army Corps of Engineers. It is used for flood control. The best access for the lake is during the summer months. the Corps raises the lake for the summer starting in April and typically stays at “summer pool” until early October. Winter pool is 25-30 feet below summer pool. Which makes the lake inaccessible during winter months. During rainy seasons the lake has been known to go 25 ft above summer pool. Also making the lake hard to access. We try very hard to keep the access to the lake available but sometimes the levels change drastically and are hard to keep up. We do the best we can.

There is also a gravel lot at the bottom of the hill for those who prefer to drive. Our guests are permitted to use the docks for fishing (pictures included in our photos). Due to boat traffic, swimming from the dock is not ideal for large groups. There is a small area to the side of the docks where our children wade into the water and swim. Only a 2 mile drive away is Iberia beach, providing easy access into the water in a quiet cove area. Boat parking at our dock is NOT available. Can we bring our boat? - Yes! Our guests may utilize the Nolin Lake Estates neighborhood boat ramp for their personal watercraft – see picture in photos for the proximity from the ramp to our lake house. Centrally located just 8 miles to Blue Holler ATV park, 11 miles to Nolin Lake State Park, and 15 miles to the Mammoth Cave Entrance (30-45 minutes depending on the ferry). (Firewood Provided!) With no lights from neighbors, views of the Milky Way from the star-gazing deck can be breathless on a moonless night. This cedar-sided home is set among towering white oak, hickory, and beech trees with the solar panels 250 feet away on the garage. The four bedrooms (One of which is a loft) and 2.5 baths in 2100 sq ft can comfortably accommodate 12-14 (Plus 1 with available Pack-N-Play). The modern, fully stocked kitchen has a refrigerator/freezer with ice maker, gas oven/stove, microwave, coffee maker, double sink and separate prep sink. Outdoor grill is propane as well. The main floor master bedroom has an en suite full bathroom, queen bed, and a sitting/gaming area facing the lake. Beautiful new cabin less than 1 mile from Moutardier Marina & Recreation Area and just a 20 minute drive from the entrance to Mammoth Cave National Park. (You will have to drive further into the park to access tours, visitor center, etc.) There is no dock access from the cabin but there is a lake path that will take you to an access point where you can kayak, canoe, and fish. Please use directions included in the "Welcome" email because the address is not recognized using online maps. Newly constructed home just completed summer of 2018. The home is in a private wooded area and the two large covered porches and large windows make it easy to enjoy the setting and see local wildlife. The back porch is screened in and features a stone wood burning fireplace. All of the bedrooms have premium mattresses, sheets, and towels so you can get a good night's rest after a long day on the lake, on the trails, or exploring mammoth cave.
